Mandi Manzil was born out of a deep admiration for the rich, aromatic, and soulful dish known as Mandi – a traditional Arabic rice and meat preparation that originated in Yemen and spread across the Middle East. We wanted to offer an experience that stayed true to its origins while also appealing to the local palate. With that vision, we set out on a mission to be Kerala’s go-to destination for real, slow-cooked, wood-fired Mandi.
What started as a humble venture has now grown into a well-recognized name across Kerala, loved by thousands of loyal customers. Our consistency in taste, hygiene, and hospitality has been the secret ingredient to our success.
